Peter P. Copses is a founding senior partner of Apollo Management, LP, having joined Apollo upon its formation in 1990. Apollo Global Management, Inc. is a leading global alternative asset manager with over $300 billion of assets under management invested in private equity, credit portfolios, and real estate. Prior to joining Apollo, Peter was an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, concentrating on the structuring, financing and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, joining that firm in 1986. Peter also served in a similar capacity at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation. Peter has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CKE Restaurants, Inc., which operates and franchises Carl’s Jr.® and Hardee’s®quick service restaurants, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Claire’s Stores, Inc., a leading international specialty retailer of value-priced costume jewelry and accessories. Dan Leever brings more than 30 years of experience growing and managing specialty chemical companies. Most recently, Mr. Leever served as CEO of Platform Specialty Products Corporation (PSP) of West Palm Beach, FL, for which he has been associated with its predecessor companies since 1983. PSP is a multinational specialty chemical manufacturer with revenues of $3.7 billion, over 8,500 employees, and operations in 100 countries. In 1990 Mr. Leever was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, and in 1998, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MacDermid Inc., the predecessor to PSP.  During Mr. Leever’s tenure as CEO, MacDermid increased revenues fivefold, while shareholder value increased by 20 times. In 2007, Mr. Leever lead the buyout of MacDermid as a public entity and in 2013 participated in the acquisition of MacDermid by PSP which was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2014. Mr. Leever is Founding Partner of Leever Partners LLC a private investment firm specializing in the industrial and chemical industries.  Mr. Leever attended Kansas State University from 1968 to 1971 where he studied business. He received a MBA from The University of New Haven Graduate School of Business in 1999.
